Purchase Policy
     To ensure complete customer satisfaction, upon receiving the full payment for the rug/s that interest you, we will ship the rug/s of your choice to you free of charge any where in the United States.
     *If for any reason you decide the rug is not for you, you have 3 days to contact us and request a refund. This should give any customer enough time to lay the rug out and decide whether it appeals to their respective environment. You will only be responsible for the return shipping cost and the insurance. If we do not hear from you within three days, the sale is considered final.
In addition to the above, all sales are considered final if:
     You agreed to buy the rug without requiring to see it in person
     You are not able to try the rug in your space or accept delivery for more than 3 days after the order is placed.
     You had requested custom alterations to be made to the rug.
     The rug had been damaged while in your care.
     No one was present at the location (that you specified) to receive the delivery. (in the event that the rug was returned to Damoka, the buyer will be charged all shipping and handling charges).
**Customers located overseas will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges in addition to any local duty and/or vat charges.
